Customer agrees to the following

• SHIPMENT AND ACCEPTANCE: Orders are shipped via our recommended carriers. Customer must inspect all aspects of the shipment and notify us, in writing, within five (5) days after receipt of goods if product is defective. We will work with the customer to replace or refund payment (excluding shipping and handling) for the item.
• SCOPE OF — USE: Customer shall hold UghLee harmless against any claims, actions, suits, damages, losses and expenses that arise out of or relates to any receipt, use, storage, handling, transfer or other disposal of any material provided hereunder.
• PRICING AND PRICE CORRECTIONS:  With regards to pricing, we reserve the right to change prices for products displayed at/on  the  Store at any time, and to correct pricing errors that may inadvertently occur.
